Intro
Cedar Crate Farm is a direct to consumer market farm that grows vegetables and some fruit using sustainable practices. Our produce is marketed directly to our community through the Mankato Farmers’ Market and through our Farm Share CSA program. We also have several wholesale accounts including River Rock Coffee, The Saint Peter Food Co-op, and The Wooden Spoon. Our mission is to provide delicious, fresh produce for our community using sustainable growing practices. We’re passionate about the environment, sustainability, our local economy and businesses. We are committed to establishing a strong community around food.
We’re proud of the work environment we’ve created where we routinely have employees work with us for multiple seasons. We will teach you everything you need to know and more about how small scale, sustainable, direct to consumer farms like ours work.
